Just a thought I had last week while driving 11 hours each way to visit family for Thanksgiving:
Glory w/ Gloria and C3i - 157 Fortune w/ Fortuna and C3i - 157 2 WH Mjolnir w/ C3i - 114 each * 2 = 228
542 points; 58 points left. You could add pilots or gear to the Mjolnirs, Merc Pride, or basers.
The main idea is to keep the 4 lights close together and use the +3 attack bonus from C3i to negate the need for pilots on the Mjolnirs. That effectively gives them 12 attack value, and that can be increased with Merc Pride or cheap pilot cards. The Nyxes will get 11 attack, +1 for their pilot ability vs Mechs, +3 for C3i, for a total attack value of 15 for each Nyx vs other Mechs. Although the Twins aren't as powerful as they were originally, they can still get an occasional free order, resulting in the potential for as many as 5 attack orders vs a key target unit.
I'm trying to come up with solid anti-RHDM ideas in a post-Rocky Terrain environment. Is this idea crazy, or workable??

4 lights work VERY well, IMO. I have a nice little Green Roku swarm which plays well with +1 dmage faction pride. If one take's a hit, it sacrifices itself for a charge on something more costly!

C3i is great gear, amazing you gave 4 light's.....
The drawback is you must stand in range in order to work and ussualy that also means inside the range of your target.
Assuming AO vs seka+decoy
So your first att 11/12 will probaly fail 2nd attack att 12/13 will probaly fail 3th attack 13/14 has 50/50 chances 4th attack 14/15 Probaly succeeds
Keep that in mind.
For example if you go for 4 charges you odds to hit are far better, it is likely that 2 of the 4 will connect.
C3i is just to cramped in 600 assuming seka+decoy+aiko = RHDM
I would say the odds are against you.

Thanks for the reply, Zxqueb. Roku swarm would have great range advantage! And like you said, a light Mech swarm can afford to lose a piece or two to take out something more expensive.
Basically, I see RHDM shaping up to be the new army to beat. Popular options include BR Solitaire w/ Graves + Decoy, Jack w/ LE Julie + Decoy, SP/Ryohara/Decoy, Solitude, Emperor, etc. All of these have 23 DV with Decoy against ranged, or higher DV, or armor.
If you don't take a RHDM in some form or fashion, what else can play against it and win? Maybe light Mech swarm will work. I don't see too many other options.

So three lights could be outside AO range, while another one came in for the attack. And of course, C3i doesn't help with anything besides ranged attacks. Maybe with 3 long-ranged lights instead? NC Phoenix Hawks or Vixens?

I dont think you make the points, 115 x 4 = 460isch + 4 x c3i (L)= 68 leaves 72 on pilots mhhh that will be tight.
Good luck.
You might consider Liao Mediums + c3i and streak + homing beacon.
