Uh, kay? Whats it do? Just drops a sh*t-ton of wells and prays your opponents walks into them? I could see a cool combo of running into your opponents second row and dropping the wells so he has to double shift every turn into your pieces. Seems good.

As dumb as it seems, I think adding a preacher and removing a voodoo to move all the small creatures out of the cell that your opponent wants to sac rather than the large one would be interesting. Also whats the game plan when double temple takes the center and their 1 cell. You'll be spending as much spawn putting their pieces into wells as they paid for them, and how bad is sludger for you? I think 2 wells is fine but how often do you use 3? It is an interesting team that I've seen on and off on vassel though. I guess your double voodo can keep the sludger off your back.

What, you want it to DO something?!
Basically, it works by dropping a well or two and using that to take out key threats by lure/scare/expel. I try to establish horrid/gothic/thrice crowned fairly early on to allow surgical strikes as player two.
The locusts are there to keep warband size up and make sure if you have to lose a guy, it's not a huge deal.
Mantlet is there to protect your dudes in the mirror.
Sludger is no problem, as he just gets pushed around as player one or struck as player two.
I will try to play it tonight with preacher and see how it fares. I like having double scare, but as I can't run that IRL, preacher may be a better option.
I don't always use three wells, but I usually drop two and like having the third in reserve if needed.
I am considering the dervish for a voodoo as well.
