Ok now its officially time to worry. Now, he can concentrate on one game which is bad. Now the only thing we can hope for an edge over him are his dice, that are safe to say, terrible. But it will be nice to have someone more to play than Postman Steve.

Nooooooooo... They can't reset rankings Actually It would be nice to be #1 when they do reset rankings I will have just to try and hold onto my position until then... Grats against Halofurry. I am going to come up to Ohio sometime and play against you Zxqueb! I wished you lived a little closer but not so close I had to play you every week lol baw Hey I just keep telling my son.. bad dice rolls just make you a better tactician!

Well, I don't know anything with certainty, that's just what I heard through the grapevine. If truth be told, I thought it would be a great idea a year ago. Now, I am a bit more inclined to leave the rankings alone Z

Does it have anything to do with how hard you have worked to get where you are?
I am truly suprised that I have made it where I am.
My prediction for worlds is that I will do Ok as long as my dice don't go south but I get so frustrated with people I play with...
I play against these guys.. they come to the table believing they have already lost. I sit and watch them make great moves against the guy sitting beside me but they have already given up before sitting down to play me. I know it is going to be VERY different at Worlds. I will just do my best and hope for some luck and no critical mistakes!

Even at the Pre-Release I played at for MW.. With all those people there The second guy I played I told him my handle and he said.. "I Prayed I wouldn't have to play you... You haven't lost a game in 100+ games " He psyched himself out ;(. There were some very very good players at the pre-release. I wish I knew the name of the guy who I played in the next to last round in... He was a great player and he could have stalled and won but he was good about it

Thanks! I myself was amazed. I've played against him countless times and we've gone 50/50 before. This was my first victory over a person who has a title before their name. We had a very close game. It ultimately came down to the dice, and it seemed like the game was his until my arty critted against his CNC NC. Once I hit the thing, the mech fell after it failed shutdown. Never underestimate a Yasha VTOL, and never underestimate Esperanza.

Losing games to Dice isn't fun but I would rather lose to dice than to mistakes Crit Hit on Arty isn't something I see very often! Esperanza is a pretty nice mech!

The game really wasn't about dice until after I missed 4 times on th CNC NC. But it was a good game.
Esperanza is my new favorite mech. With its right pilot it assaults for 18 inches with 5 damage Energy and 3 Targets. I can use Decoy with a 23 def, how far is that? Esperanza is a beast, but don't underestimate the rest of the RotS army, I won't even get started on the RotS Hellion, sleeper agent.

Hmm... i actually almost prefer Consuela in "Duke" for the 12 atk 24 def... combined with decoy.
the only problems lie in the Extremely short AO and the fact the heat dial is terrible.... Which is why I like consuela in "Esperanza" plus I like "Superior Tactics"

Consuela in Duke was a thought for me at one point. I like the 24 D, but a 23 is good enough 75% of the time. I've been hit when it matters to my opponent, but the 23 makes the 'why not' shot go away. A 23 with Decoy in Esperanza with Consuela is very good, I used it for the first time tonight. I played Z and a few others and I she never died, ever, the farthest down she got was I believe 6-7 clicks, I only remember it was her first click of IT, which was against Z, the other 2 games she never got scratched. I would like Z's and others opinion of the army though, I'll post it in the armies section in a bit.

My son has been playing Peacemaker.. He is pretty decent! I do like that they have some decent ROTS mechs!

Peacemaker is too slow for my liking. 6" means that he can't get to where he needs to be when he needs to be there. Give me a 9-10 move mech for me to be happy.
Yes, he has a 1 better defense, but for tournament play, most people should be building their armies knowing that they need to crack mechs with >22 defenses. At that end 1 point is meaningless.
Plus that extra 2" with better damage + heat is key. Add to that 40 more points in support, and I have to throw my vote in with the Loki.
