I've been messing around with this deck a bit, but I'm not super happy with it. This is where it is currently, but it might get a big revision. The main idea is to hit big cosmic surge characters, get counters on them and jump the curve a bit. The problem I am finding is consistency. Both inhumans and legion have rare tutors and I have neither. The best I can do is attalan and I only have 1.
1 Ahura (for cosmic counter trickery) x4 Jazmin Cullen (free recruit) x3
2 Ferro Lad x4 (huge!) San x2 (Location tutor)
3 Tonaja x3 (Huge if you can get a counter on her) XS x3 (Swing twice doesn't suck)
4 Nahrees x2 Thing x4
5 Livewire x4
6 quicksilver x3 (only own 3) Andromeda
7 Colossal boy x2
Plot Twists: Let's go, leginnairesx3 long live the legion x3 exploiting the flawx3 we are legion x4 past present and future x4 the outside world x3 Terragenesis x3
Locations:
Attilan x1 (wish I had more) Blue area of the moon x1
Some thoughts to revise -- LMK what you think:
1 -4 ahura +4 lockjaw - Mulligan for him or San (play on 1, Tutor for San)
2 -4 ferro lad +2 San (brings her up to 4 copies). Tutor Attalan -- Keep plot twists face up to use attalan
3 Tonaja -3 XS +1 Kinetix +2 (I'd need a Legionnaire on this turn for the teamup)
4 -2 Nahrees -1 thing. Attalan for thing if I don't have him.
5 -1 livewire
6 -1 quicksilver
7 -1 CB
I can fill out the cards with more effects -- probably good to add things that give cosmic counters. What do you think? Better or worse that draft 1?
Suggestions?

I wanna try and help with this decklist but most of the Legion characters were some mehh I can't remember what they do. Legion seems like they are better as a team attacking force of weenies rather than a curve team. Inhumans are very good, from what I remember they had had many ways to get cosmic counters from HOG, what does the teamup really add?

Inhumans don't have many add cosmic counter effects that I can tell (besides surge). I could team up with heralds, I suppose which has better tutors (that I own) and cards that provide cosmic counters.
Dave, any comments?

Inhumans have Terragenesis for adding cosmic counters at recovery and Extended Family gets you a cosmic counter when you need it.

Legion stuff is hard to judge. I have to be able to see the card interactions. If you bring the deck saturday we can map it and I can put my 2 cents in. Its just hard when I don't know Legions as well.

Inhumans have Terragenesis for adding cosmic counters at recovery and Extended Family gets you a cosmic counter when you need it. Yeah, Terragenesis is good, but you want to hit the surge abilities on the turn they come into play for best effect. So that leave extended family and isn't that a teamup? So you'd need a second team anyway. Z
