"So, to get to another point, this is all a bit of a long, drawn out apology to Charles Baker and the Oberlin group, (Greg Pippert's design, if I recall correctly). Blademiller is wrong"

Hmm.
It's nice that he threw out an apology. And his article was interesting to boot, though I'm not sure I agree with his ultimate conclusion. My particular playstyle bias focuses on keeping a diverse pool of useful abilities around, but I'm not sure that it is necissarily better than a tight focus in army function / build. I think the real key to the strength of the hellbred and HK bands are the fact that they hit the all important spawn boost without wasting time in establishing real estate, not necessarily the ability to deal with multiple threats (although that's always good).
I appreciated the fact that he gave nods to the less "meta" inclined builds like hiveling.

I thought his article was ok, but I was surprised he made the apology.

So he apologized but then he went and said that your band is wrong because it played Blademiller. Wow, he really doesn't even know how to apologize. What a giant douche; or is he a turd sandwich? That'll be a vote of the century.
I might actually listen to him, if he ever backed up his talk with anything tangible, he always scrubs out.

W,
Greg's band didn't play blademiller. Sam said originally that the band wasn't good because it wasn't in there. Now he is conceeding that miller is wrong. It wasn't an attack, but actually a good apology.
