The Twinsburg Dead Games Group played some Night Fusion Sealed last night. I was impressed with some of the pieces in the set. There are some cool abilities. Particularly standout were: Sun Titan 10VP 6/10/10 Pay 2 spawn: advance self and bomb 10. When you've absolutely gotta kill everybody in the cell, accept no substitute. This was especially awesome for sealed as there wasn't much spawn accelleration, so everyone was paying a premium for the guys on the board. If you are killing >12 points of enemies, it's almost always worth doing. Plus, he's a common. Ancient Valkyrie 5 or 6V(V?) 2 5/6 Homing beacon: Valor units with VV aspect cost may spawn in this cell for -1 spawn cost. Yep. It's that awesome. And it makes reinforce bands super good. Not to mention a 6 cost HEI that spawns in the middle of the board is rocking. Deathwish dragon 8P(p?) 8 5/7 Shield: Lure and bomb 8 Shield abilities trigger if your opponent rolls greater damage than the number of dice they have. This guy makes it a definite question as to whether or not they actually want to strike since the hitback is potentially UGLY! That's all my brain can remember now.

Ya it seems there were alot of good pieces in that set, I kind of wish they released the last set before the 50k, since it would have created a more interesting environment. Unfortunately I never got a chance to play any of the Night fusion pieces or even hold any in my hands for that matter.
