I was going to have fun and play a nice crazy unrestricted.... and then my mom was like... YOU CANNOT GO!!!! 600 pts. each, BRAWL with "good night irene" in effect for ALL units... They're fun as heck because you HAVE to push it to the limit since the locusts have the most craptastic defense ever....

I don't know about the "MOST" craptastic defense ever.. Have you looked at Koshis  Hey. After I played a couple games of Solaris( MW Darkage)..They forced me to play a locust.. I only died when I was pumping the crowd after killing a Black Knight!  They are fast and very difficult to use.. But the ones in original battletech were about the same.. They need to give locust better defense because of speed (or give all of them evade) baw |

Ah... but the Koshis ( at least some of them) have Heavy armor... the locusts degrade so fast.... after 2 clicks Janina is pretty gimped...
But i LOVE them... and see the new sneak peek? Solitaires are my most favorite light mech ever.... perfect sniping platforms in MW4 with their a ER PPC!

I looked at the heat dial and then finally figured out they must be carrying an ER-PPC. with no heat sinks They do have nice defenses though. I have trying equipping lots of pilots and gear on them already and they look pretty nice! |

Bannson's one is the best IMHO.... I don't think these solitaires have ER PPCs... the stock loadout is a whole bunch of Heavy laseres (which explains the high damage low range)
I'll collect the Bannson's one I think...

The bannson's one is decent. I sort of wish they wouldn't have given it that first click of Evade. I am probably going to put evade on it anyways The best thing about bannsons is the heat dial. The Kurita and ROTS ones aren't terrible I like the decoy if you raise its defense up high with evade and pilot! |
