The rules for the UK Nats are out and, in addition to a 450 constructed army and 4 pieces of terrain, we're being asked to bring along 7 PCCs/missions. The format is 4 rounds Swiss followed by the top 8 goingthrough 3 rounds straight KO - you'd need all 7 if you made it to the final.
So, first thing is - should I take mostly PCCs or missions? I tend to find that PCCs can set you up to win the game but Missions can give you the edge when it comes to amassing VCs (and perhaps helping you to get into the Top 8).
Assuming I take this army:
CNC Nova Cat, De Jesus, IT HD Bishop, 2 x HS TTLs, ROTS Combat Tech 2 x CNC ATVs 2 x HK ATVs
So far, I've gone with these cards:
1. Perfect Day 2. Nightfall - most of my stuff has IT. 3. Barrens - I don't want to face a Shiro behind blocking. 4. Crags - To slow down Phelan Ward/stop Lokis from charging. 5. Magnetic Storm - bit of a filler, but gets around decoy. 6. With Extreme Prejudice - not too difficult to achieve. 7. Split Up - just avoid a formation shot.
The cards may well change but what do you think about the ratio of 5 PCCs to 2 missions?

Crags is a very good one Split up is just the best and Perfect day is necessary. One more thought I think I would have. What Planetary Condition is going to hurt you the most? I would worry about being able to counter them.

Dont worry about Phelan Ward he can not win 7 games in a row.
But crags also helps vs. Arty.
You have chosen well, both in army and PCC's.
Now you better win Tjpandv....
this is very close to what I would play. You have achieved the Elite stamp of approval ;D
Now practice practice practice and win.

Thanks for the feedback. From what BAW was saying, Caverns will really hurt me - I have Barrens in my hand but I may have to fit one of craters, earthquakes or urban.
Seeing as Magnetic Storm was a bit of a filler, I had thought of introducing Corrosive Atmosphere but I'm a little unsure of the ruling. Is is a max 23 defence, even after modifiers have been applied? If this is the case, then its in. Off to the WK sites to take a look.

To my knowledge corrosive works after modifiers. max defense just becomes 23.
So BR+fernali, Solitude+levin and Marcus+peacemaker are all 23 def.
That could be usefull.
