No, I just wish the WOTC game didn't suck such rocks that I have to buy this one Hopefully it's a good system and we can just use the cards to play with our WOTC Mini's.... I showed Shelby....She groaned....and took away the credit card -Vladd

let's just hope the rules are good. Getting cool licenses (WK also announced halo-clix) is all well and good, but without a solid ruleset the game will lose steam. I like the CSG format because it is fairly cheap and easy to store considering the alternatives. And the ships look cool in the pics. Just please, please, please make it tactically interesting.

The main thing I have disliked about their styrene games so far is that they have all tracked damage by pulling pieces off the models. Combined with repair, you are constantly fiddling with building and deconstructing these things. Besides being tedious, the pieces inevitably wear out or break. Judging from the pictures on the announcement page, it doesnt look like there are any pieces of these models that are meant to pull off once assembled. By extension, damage must be tracked on the cards or bases...which means I can just use my awesome WOTC models in their place...and if the game is good (WOTC's isn't), that makes me very, very happy...

BTW, It kind of makes me wonder. With all the movement of employees back and forth between these game companies, maybe WOTC knew the Wizkids game was coming out and that it was good. Hence the rush job to beat it out and terrrible rules set on their game. Just a thought!
