I've been thinking about the current meta-armies. Hellbred is pretty effective, but doesn't really fit my play style. Temple goodstuff manipulation is more my speed, but loses out on the early game because I have to give up early tempo. So I am looking at combining these engines somewhat to use the hellbred in the early game while I establish board position and temple in the late game to fuel the more robust non-hellbred pieces.
2 Slobber Cannibal x2
3 Temple Lure flower
4 Charm x2 Siren
7 Gothic
8 Infernal screamer Barag Preacher Voodoo Sultan
11 Crypt Worm
13 Drake
Thoughts would be appreciated.

I played a couple games with this army last night on Vassal and made some changes:
2 Slobber Cannibal x2
3 Temple Lure flower
4 Charm x2 Siren
7 Gothic
8 Infernal screamer Preacher Voodoo Sultan Blademiller
11 Crypt Worm
13 Drake

Blade miller helps with the spawn toward the late game after temple is established.
There are pieces which I would like in here: Castle and boogey in particular. Perhaps a well if it doesn't get banned anytime soon. I could probably take out a CP for it. Of course, doing that kind of hurts my early game if there is low spawn, but it helps my late game tremendously.

Current build after playtesting today:
2 Slobber Cannibal
3 Temple castle Lure flower
4 Charm x2 Siren
5 Well
7 Gothic
8 Infernal screamer Preacher Voodoo Sultan Blademiller
11 Crypt Worm
I could potentially drop flower for lady of the manor. Still on the fence about that. I like the second lure running around, but 5 life is very good for a passion 3 drop.

oddly enough i'm not a fan of flower or lady of the manor, but its a playstyle choice. With the charms and the gothic its always nice to catch a few blades, and the caps are decent peices in the late game, and you have alot of pieces competing at the 8 drop level, and no drops for 6,9, and 10. Which isn't always a bad thing as long as your piece choice on some spawns reflect difficult future spawns.
Also keep in mind that you'll receive an average of 9 (temple) spawn per spawn phase (until you get the team online). I'd hate to say it but a hunter killer may fill some of the spawn gaps, and the miller + temple will fuel it nicely.

hunter killer would be ok if I wasn't messing around so much with spawn effects. I just can't see throwing 6 spawn into it with any regularity.
