So, whats everyones thought on HoG?
Heralds: So far, i can't make a decent deck with their 40% rare scheme they have for that team, but I'm closing in. Their stall theme works decently from what I've seen, and their beats theme works pretty well, even in conjunction with their exhaustion theme.
Inhumans: I LOVE THESE GUYS. The Inhumans have alot of tricks up their sleeves. They are mostly concealed with alot of moving tricks. They have alot of REALLY good cosmic surge abilities, and the concealed-optional abilities on their teams rock. The abilities they have to not make characters ready, bump their defenses to insane levels while attacking, their good location base, and their ability to have a solid end-game is awesome. Just a few more rares to go.....
DOOM: DOOM RETURNS TRIUMPHANT! Doom rocks, and this time its rocking your face other than throttleing you down. Doom attacks like a motherf**ker, and his friends like to as well. Plus, he can KO his buddies to make himself feel more awesome. I have a deck in the works for them.
Kree: Live Kree or Die baby! This team makes the underdrop rush seem possible again. Not only can you flood the board with characters, they can get progressively bigger as you play them. Press rocks. They have lots of goodies to do.
Skrulls: Skrully skrull skrull. These guys do alot, and even though they didn't really break super skrull these guys work well enough. They have huge beats if you can make their "I have 6 team affiliations thing" go off. They seem solid.
Infinity Watch: I was hopeful for them not knowing what they did. Now, they kinda suck. Drax is terrible outside of Limitied, Garagoa (sp?) is terrible, Thanos is barely playable. Pimp My Troll is kinda useful, and Moondragon has uses. Unfortunately these guys don't do much any other way. So blah....
Negative Zone: They actually got cards. A new character, a dual affiliated, and a new version of Negative Zone. Negative Zone is pretty good in itself.
All throughout the set, the teams really seem standalone, except skrulls who team up 9 times. These guys work really in sealed play and Draft. I am really liking this set.
