It is an impressive piece of mech. It looks a little soft but with the pilot it is impressive. It is so costly that is an all or nothing unit but I feel I will still see it played at least a few times. I even Played the Original Jonah during a campaign in the early days.
I know I will have to get a couple! My son is a ROTS fan and he will want!
Any other opinions?

Hes a freaking monster of a piece. With his pilot is attack goes through the roof. I will enjoy upping it even more with FP. Him and ATV swarm will be nice to just go Suicide Jonah!

Lol.. It will be a piece to fear... It is a huge chunk of your army but I guess Suicide Jonah will be pretty scary.. Faction Pride, ATV's and him Rats.. The +1 defense is HL only I guess he can still be an attacking monster... The 8 movement with Jonah makes him a respectable mover.. Maybe a Coolant Truck also.. Lol.. he will be pretty scary indeed....

=/ I liked the original Atlas better in terms of base stattage though... the new Atlas' Defense drops like a rock (it's like BR defense) although the new Atlas is a lot faster and keeps 5 damage longer. The command is totally and utterly useless though.

With the pilot though.. It actually isn't too terrible. The defense is actually higher throughout most of the dial. Attack is better than old one. Actually I do very much agree with you I would prefer to have had Streak than Command but I don't believe it is absolutely useless.. Especially if you go with a Levin Suicide Army
