Congratulations soon! I recommended they would take the top 25! I never believed they would listen to me! LOL!
It looks like lots of people are earning the chance to go to Worlds!

Congrats indeed - there are some pretty big names in that top 25 which should make the event a meta-fest. Looks like Kotch and I need to get together and plot an ascent up the rankings on behalf of UK PLC...only 320 places to go.  |

I suggested top 25.. I am not sure if they read that or came up with that on their own but it is impressive and lots of good players are going to make it that wouldn't otherwise! I really want to go to Gen-Con just for Gamers 2 if nothing else. I would like to meet a lot of people. I am concerned about funds though! Also I am as always stuck twisting about what army to play Maybe just Kaminira and Black Rose since it will be 600 (lol) It will be interesting to have a bigger turnout also. The best thing is .. They are giving us Thursday off. I could actually enjoy GenCon some Good luck and roll better than I do at Worlds (unless of course you are playing against me then you will roll WAAYYYY too good) |

There is definitely going to be a much wider variety of armies.. It should be interesting.. I guess no special crazy event this year?

Well with more participants it is wiser to keep it more simple.
I expect at least 20 more particpants comapred to last year.
in 2003 we also had 80 isch particpants. It caused some chaos.
In any case that free day I probaly play 6 rounds of test games anywayz.......

My plan is to go and do some GenCon and dealer's area stuff on Thursday I might be convinced into a game or two though It might be possible that they might have WolfStrike available at Gencon. I would love to play a sealed game of that |
