How did the Sealed you guys run last night go? I am really interested in seeing how Vanguard sealed performs. I see you guys ran it as unranked  I know some people really don't care for Ranked sealed. I love playing sealed but playing unranked doesn't make me upset  Sometimes you pull very poorly! |

We cracked the case and got ZERO uniques, ZERO LEs and only the Chase Figure as a non-common in the entire case. Needless to say, that left a bad taste in my mouth for the sealed overall.
There were loads of Thors on the field last night and many formations pulled. Mech on Mech action was the big thing. With no 3 caps, drops were negated to a high degree. Also, with no PCs or arty, it was fairly tactical play in which terrain was important. Nice to see.
Standouts for me (just watching) were the CW Thor and the LI Anubis (which comes with a 0/1/2 pilot). Also the CJF and LI whosyourdaddy assault tank and any of the APCs are very strong pulls in sealed (especially if you pull two apcs and an infantry formation).

WOW! I would send that to WK to support@wizkidsgames.com. That was pretty pitiful. My case was standard fare. Since they updated Bplanner today I will be able to put my units in and really figure out what I have Did you guys do a sealed or a Booster draft or ? You might save the Case # and such not also That might help track down the problem. I know that a number of sets ago someone was opening a case (they had it on video) for a store opening and it only had 1 unique in it and they sent a whole new case to them. If you don't ask you never get anything. I will report the problem and let them know about it. too bad Mike wasn't there  What kind of armies were built? I guess your sealed booster really didn't match most others since you had no uniques.. I take it you mean that in the whole case (you opened all of it) and had no uniques? That is ridiculous! |

I'm working on getting some sort of satisfaction about the whole thing. Because we are a game club and not a true venue, I bought the case myself and sold boosters to my players for cost. There were 8 at the event. They bought 24 boosters and I kicked in one for the winner for prize support. We opened the other 24 while we were standing around... So yeah, all the boosters were opened.
