Last post for a while, so I just wanted to say good luck to those of you going to the Worlds, may your dice roll high and may the God of Booster Pulls smile upon you.
No Podcast this week either - there's just enough time to fit the roofbox and get the garden sorted, let alone "wasting time with that silly game" (a quote from Mrs C, 10 minutes ago).
For you lot, its 4 days of fun at Gencon, for me, I get to spend 2 weeks staying in my sister-in-law's house in Britanny. Nice lady but she makes Mrs C look like Tinkerbell, so that's going to be fun - NOT!

Actually, while Mrs C is off to get her hair done at the hairdressers (very good value for £40 I'm told - that's obviously why the kids and I get a regulation grade 3 head shave in our kitchen every few weeks...).

Loki + Dejesus + IT doesnt fit : 220 + 33 + 14 + 44 = 311 Dual Soli's seem nice, the tankdrop thing just doesnt cut it i'm afraid... to low attacks and not enough versatility. And why on earth take Gambit?  How about uhm... nah that would be telling  |

And why on earth take Gambit? How about uhm... nah that would be telling Oops on the Loki, the TD thing is an option, but you're right 10 AV isn't good enough. Gambit is a cheap way of getting the Mjolnir (+ anything else you get) to have a ballistic shot through blocking (I wasn't sure that Jack/Julz would be of any use in a 300 point army). I guess I should have made allowances for the Dutch contingent and made room for half a dozen ATVs !!!  |

And how much formations or artillery will you expect people to bring?
Formations i dont expect, and artillery is compensated for by her speed + heatdial
That means that 23 could be pretty tough to reach.

23 will be a little difficult but not impossible.. If it was 350 Iwould bring a solitude I really really like his pilot ability. You know the one.. Ignore damage from Critical Misses! I would use that ability often! |
